Making a Purchase

Shopping with us is easy. Browse our online store, add your selected bouquets or gifts to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be prompted to provide the necessary details to complete your order.

We accept most major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. Customers outside the UK can also place orders, and your credit card provider will handle the currency conversion to US Dollars or your local currency. Alternatively, orders and payments can be made over the phone by calling us.

Please note: Orders canceled online or over the phone may be subject to a cancellation fee.

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation to acknowledge receipt. However, this does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed once payment has been processed and we accept your order. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or availability due to errors, mispricing, or stock limitations. If pricing changes occur, we will contact you to confirm the updated terms.

Delivery Information

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Tuesday to Sunday, UK time) can be delivered the same day if requested.
  • Orders specifying a future delivery date will be delivered on that day, provided they are placed before the cut-off time mentioned above.
  • Orders scheduled for delivery on public holidays will be delivered the following working day.
  • Deliveries are only available within the UK for online orders. For international deliveries, please contact us by phone.

Delivery Conditions

  • Timed deliveries are not guaranteed, except for weddings and funeral tributes.
  • Emergency orders can be arranged by phone.
  • For specific flower requests, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the required delivery date.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • Deliveries are attempted once. If the recipient is unavailable, the flowers or plants will be returned to our shop, and a delivery note will be left with instructions for collection.
  • Where possible, we may leave the flowers with a neighbor, provided they are willing to accept responsibility.
  • If the recipient cannot collect the items, a new delivery date will be arranged at our earliest convenience.
  • Eden Flowers and Events is not liable for theft or damage to items left unattended.

All prices include 20% VAT.
